Text Box: For teens 13 and older will focus on providing a safe, fun, and challenging atmosphere for those who wish to dance for the love of dancing but may not be focused on a professional career. These are students who typically engage in other activities such as sports or other extracurricular interests at the same time, and may not necessarily want to focus on dance training alone. 
Our noncompetitive approach to the recreational dance student develops attributes that can serve the student well throughout a lifetime. These include discipline, self-respect and self-confidence; improved learning skills; creativity, self-expression, imagination; and an instilled appreciation for music, dance and other art forms. We offer this student a strong foundation in many dance styles, as well as annual performance opportunities!

Teens learn to control their bodies through difficult years of physical development. 
Dance training compliments sports activities. (That is why most professional football players take ballet lessons and many colleges offer ballet to their players.)
